On a more positive note; maybe this clean out of a bad apple or two is exactly what was needed. The fundamental technology is still strong and no one could argue that the channels to market are not some of the best global partners a company like this could have.

So, if Dubber does go to the market for another cap raise, then two things must happen.

1. They must demonstrate a transparent outcome of an impartial investigation into the missing funds with appropriate remedial action and responsible persons identified.

2. They must open participation to this CR to existing SH and NOT just instos and sophs. All long suffering SH must be allowed to participate in order to achieve a more realistic DCA on their total holdings or it would be like rubbing all our noses in sht.

Anyway, that’s just my two cents worth. (Hopefully it will be worth a lot more than two cents one day. Who knows.)
