NOT trying to down ramp LRS. I have a reasonably large holding, but can anyone explain why the below may have happened? It's not a particularly encouraging sign imo, but asking out of curiosity., mixed with a bit of concern. All the signs I see are positive.

Latin Resources LRS Independent Non-Executive Chairman recently sold AU$371k worth of stockOn the 28th of February. David Vilensky sold around 2m shares on-market at roughly AU$0.21 per share. This transaction amounted to 7.2% of their direct individual holding at the time of the trade. This was the largest sale by an insider in the last 3 months.This was David's only on-market trade for the last 12 months.
