While the negotiations are ongoing with the DRC Govt. so is the need to keep discussions confidential until a formal agreement has been reached. What is certain is that the DRC are also not sharing information. Both Zijin or Cominiere will not have a clue what is happening. IMO the MOU is being progressed to a full agreement with AVZ to develop Manono. Putting out information now will only serve to disrupt the negotiations and disclose the full terms which I am sure the DRC do not want to see any commentary on.
