Agreed can't find a company that is sub 40M thats in phase 2. Also a fair few don't have agreements for funding either. Hopefully that would become at the very least the next floor, which would be roughly 6.6c
Regardless less of today's price action, the upside is plain as day, IF we get the funding. However, after todays announcement it would seem TO is very confident that the results will lead to an agreement.
Will be interesting to see how long the conversations take. Although there does seem to be some in the talks with the NDA's. If there is competition, I would assume the process may drag out a bit in order to get the best deal.
Just becomes a waiting game.
