Critical Thinking is a skill that we all have and all use to some degree.

It can be a great help or even a debilitating hindrance, depending on the circumstances and can vary greatly depending upon the individual person/situation.

It is hardly surprising that you would try to focus on the aspect of Critical Thinking being a negative concept and only related to those who you consider to be Conspiracy Theorists.

Critical Thinking doesn’t make a Conspiracy Theorist if you understood what it means you would know that it doesn’t predispose a person agree or disagree with the conventional wisdom.

It just means that the person is the type who is willing to consider a point, position or idea.
They might even do a little research to get a better understanding of the point/idea being discussed or debated.
