No No !!! you've got it all wrong if wasn't for Rudd govt there wouldn't be an NBN Testra was driving the libs nuts, they never wanted broadband, they just wanted to milk profits then Rudd got it, saw the nonsense so bit the bullet to give OZ proper broad band Optical Fibre to the home just for politics the libs messed it up with their own update - add in so called cheaper/inferior option in reality it added complexity for all involved (as in expensive) to deliver an inferior product we're all paying for it
