These takeovers only make sense if both sides benefit from them.
Exactly as you say, only a small fraction of the available data is used for the calculation.
Looking at the long-term potential, AZS is being given away too cheaply.
In my opinion this is not in the best interest of shareholders.
After the takeover, SQM will explain to its shareholders what a great deal it has achieved.
The independent Expert?
Well, first I would delete the word independent.
He can't be independent even if he wanted to be.
Who commissioned him?Who will commission him in the future?
Never us small shareholders.
It's part of the game, so I have to accept it.
