Lol even if they manage to magically get an approval for aGVHD, there's no way I'm buying.
We see how sales rapidly stagnated in Japan - there may not be as much demand for the product as you all predict.
Even with approval
many biotechs struggle. Especially those that have bad habits with regards to spending. Partnerships aren't guaranteed to solve all cash flow issues like some magic bullet and they have strings attached.
Approval will be great, I'm guessing share price would go up, then retrace (I doubt it would settle much higher than $1 given the ongoing concerns). But MSB will still be in hot water for a while.
None of this matters tho. Because I highly doubt approval will be granted without data from the adult trial. And the last adult trial showed no efficacy, so this one may not either.
