No I don't run and hide when I'm wrong I just re-group you may not have noticed but as this rose there was a commensurate drop in my other two short positions both of which are several times larger than this.
I am shorting on the Jesse Livermore and Soros principle of dipping my toe in the water. When it goes my way and as with VCR I increase my shorts.
I won't go away on this one. I'm new to it. I shorted it some more today at 4.01 took a small profit on those and I'll look to short it again tomorrow.
It's all in the timing and I was wrong this one today but I accept that happens now and then and my mail is the company is a bag of wind.
It merely rose today on thin volume on the back of a UK Financial Times repetition of the Australian rumours.
Don't worry about me. Today was generally a big profit day.
