I believe the BAY ceo buys quite regularly, so if corporate rules permit it would be nice to see Dave pick up a parcel or two just to show the market confidence. Not a bad point.
As for 1 in 100 mining companies progressing, I would argue the number is even lower. It's rare to see them progress. However, you assess each project on it's own individual merit and there's a number of characteristics here which lend themselves very well to such a scenario. The low capex to start. I still have not found an ASX copper junior with lower projected capex. The only 2 I found even in the ballpark are nowhere near this in terms of upside for scale.
