You can have your opinion but there are very strict rules ("insider trading") that prevent directors trading shares - buy or sell. I suspect that given plans to be in production by early 2025 there are numerous negotiations and discussions in progress that mean they have sensitive information and just cannot be buying stock. Some patience is required. Buy if happy to allow them to do their job, sell if you do not believe or waste time on the multitude of conspiracy theories. A Li market bounce is imminent.
