The Kirbys need to retain 50% control, hence the minimum 11 mil buyback. This is far better than a div and VRL has proven itself to be recession proof with plenty of upside. the new Wet n Wild in Sydney will be a sure money spinner, but l expect the Kirbys will look to take the company private before then.
l am not letting my shares go too cheaply, and would like them to sell Austereo first, return the cash to us, and then buy our shares back
