The chairman is not running the business, he has had little to do with the problems that are facing the company. Calling a special resolution will do nothing to resolve the following issue. There is no resolution that goes "make my Invesment better"
It basically has 11.2 m in payables, 4.2 in cash and 19.4 in inventories. We do not know how much in inventory is earmarked for Tritium. If it is close to 1/2, when we have close to 10 million in inventories that will have to be written off, as it is not suitable for any other customer. This leaves the company with approx. 4.2 in cash that has to pay its current costs. As of yet it does not have another contract to take up tritium's place.
Pariselec, you should be planning for what happens if the investment you have in RFT goes to zero. is there a SO that you need to update on this?
