at the end of the day rule, you only need to set aside a good period of time to read through what AVB have been building to get a feel for what potential is there. I suggest just reading the quarterly activities reports and quarterly cashflows. The way that money has been spent with the SH in mind is in stark contrast to many other companies I have looked at.

I have been a holder for quite some time and bought in after doing just that (admittedly significantly lower than todays price) but have continued to buy during the time from my first purchase to late last week. AVB have been ignored for some time. A quick glance over the AVB thread pre 21 Sept will show you the original faithful being plucked off for ramping....hmmm.

Rio Verde is just one string in the bow for AVB IMO, so while I have admittedly sold some shares, I will be holding the remainder for some time yet until the other promising projects are met.
