I only saw the last 15 minutes - and it was excrutiating - but in that bit they said "both" offers wewre generous and in one of the last scenes Windsor said "you cant'argue with that" as they looked over the Labor offer delivered by a cowering aid.
It was embarrasing to watch. At least Katter had the grace to ask the cameras and microphones to go out - Windsor was too keen on capturing the moment for posterity. Not a good look.
