    I disagree, the big players would ideally like the SPP to fail as they are loaded already and would like to avoid the dilution. All us smaller holders would like to see the SPP oversubscribed, both for the Co to have the extra capital and to partake with free option attached. If you think that through the SPP could have significant effect on SP.
