We may as well vote NO. Because either way, we will end up with nothing.

They will sell all of the few assets we have left (the same as they did with Rincoln), to an outside friend for practically nothing, and when they have nothing left to sell, they will finish it off.

Can't you see that they even want to write money owed to the Company off??? Forgiven??? Why....What for.???
No one forgave us anything and we had to sell Rincoln for peanuts to cover some of it.

We may as well give it to a Receiver Manager a.s.a.p., and see what he can make out of it.

IMHO, we will not be worse off. We may be pleasantly surprised at what he will find out, lol.
