Well, whaddaya know.. after the EPA published the proponent's response to submissions for this Limestone Quarry with hundreds of dissenting public comments on the 25th of January this year, they've today published the Stage 4 Report and Recommendations on March 7th. That's exactly 42 days (or 6 weeks) between publishing the proponent's response, and publishing the report. The published timeline for the stage 4 report is 6 weeks. I can't believe my eyes.
1) Can we get the EPA worker assigned to this project to be re-assigned to AN once they're finished with this one? 2) At least this proves that the EPA is physically capable of hitting their quoted timeframes, even on projects with a lot more public controversy than AN.
