    Not the same its pretty much retraced 100% from the highs yesterday.
    Baffles me that such a positive announcement has failed to excite the market.

    We've all heard of sell the news but I would've at least thought this would establish a new base in the low 3s
    But not to be. Now with the wait until the announcement the SP it seems unlikely that interest will enter the stock for some time.
