I think the expression goes something like "one swallow doesn't make a summer". I said nothing when PPK dropped to 55c after I had warned of the risks attached to the Flynn judgment while PPK was at 70c. But heck, if you really do want to play this game, 70c is I think still some 7.7% higher than the 65c last...and even that 65c is a price at which fewer than 2000 shares traded; VWAP was 61.5c.
