    @MattKeaton. Yes. The old adage of "action speaks louder than words" holds true. The complete absence of insider (director) buying or institutional buying at these depressed SP levels (60% discount to IPO) should be a concern for us retail shareholders. All other analysis aside, this is a red flag IMO. Why would I as a retail shareholder buy when others in an arguably better informed position are not buying? Vlad still has no real money invested in DSK. His 414953 performance rights cost him zip. No ordinary shares. The rights are currently out-of-the-money, but the timeframe to payday for him is 28 June 2026. That's about 2.5 years away. That's not real skin in the game IMO.. And I'm not prepared to wait that long to find out.
    And what about the other Non-Executive directors? Katherine Ostin only has 20804 shares (directors fee $80,365 pa) and Tracey Mellor (re-elected) only has 46400 shares (directors fee $71,324 pa). Hardly a vote of confidence given their tenure. I would say a good % of retail shareholders on this forum would have larger holdings than these directors..
