That's a load of crock keyhole. If anything there are plenty of penny stocks out there where directors have awarded themselves millions of shares time and time again without forking out one brass razo. All while doing bugger all with progressing the stock.

The fact that the CEO and directors have not awarded themselves that many shares like plenty of other companies do is a good thing. Stop trying to beat this mole hill into a mountain that's not there.

In regards to the SPP, Yes I agree, if the directors participated then great, they have put skin in the game like us. But you don't know what someones individual circumstances are, they might be mortgaged to the hilt, who would know, and I could imagine unless they took up a substantial amount you would probably complain about that to, and try and turn that into a mountain.

All I know and what I'm focused on is they are meeting their milestones, getting Unith's name out there world wide, Increasing revenues, and reducing operating costs. What's there to complain about.
