I can't see how you concluded that... scroll down and you'll see one Buy order and a whole bunch of sell orders.
The Last Matched Price and Last Change is US$0.0000 because no buy orders have been matched with a sell order yet... because nobody has placed a buy order which is covered by the price range of sell orders.
Once the first transaction is matched, then you'll see those figures change.
