Fellow shareholders, at the next shareholder meeting, Vote NO to remuneration!!! And in my view remove the current board and the CEO. There will be some chaos but these people are toxic and better to be rid of for the long run. I hope the morale of engineers are not getting impacted by the CEO's greedy behavoiur.
