Instos will pay $10 US + a share. Watch them. The founders of Sizzle struck a good deal and stand to make a motza. The initial shareholders have been able to get their money back and have free warrants. If the share price holds up they will come back in and be at a discount. Some more money was needed to get the merger over the line. The PIPE just played hardball and got a share of the motza that the founders are going to make. That $3 a share has sailed now and will never come back. It is like Bitcoin at 10 cents. The price is now $10 plus. The alternative is just saying that I could have brought it at $10.
I am not going to convince you to buy or sell. My only wish is that those that don't see value, sell, even at a loss and move on. Life is too short for negativity because negativity only shortens your life and makes it miserable in the time you have left. How do I know? I am an old basstid and I have seen all the miserable negative people die early.
