People can say what they like as far as I'm concerned, so I don't think she should be charged. But it must be fair. You can't vilify McGuire, but let Kerr off. An unfair legal system is not on. America has a completely unfair legal systems and it's been ruinous for their country.
People who talk like that all the time end up on their own. It's unattractive. But I'm a free speech advocate. Say whatever you want.
