So wouldnt the board always want to disclose to the public any takeover offer made that is above the current share price? because then that amount will become the new share price floor for it to keep rising from (as long as the offer is not withdrawn that is, like with sneaky tactic number 3)
You think with WA1 being the only niobium discovery on earth at the moment thats looking able to become a mine, any company like Rio wouldnt try tactic 3 because of the fierce bidding competition and being no other niobium deposit out there to fall back on. Unlike lithium deposits being discovered by junior miners all the time in comparison. But with niobium its like aquire WA1 or miss out completely.
what WA1 has going on here is far too hot for any shenanigans!
