No one should lose sleep over the talk of partnering.
4DS needs to get in as many doors as possible. We need to be flexible to get in the door hence the talk of "partnering". The real audience for the presentation was never in the room. They are sitting in HQ's of AI hardware producers & customers.
This is seperate from the goal of selling the tech/company. I believe that is still 100% goal for Dave. He is not looking to become the next Tim Cook.
Finally the curry rice balls were exceptional. Five stars. A new standard has been set for 4DS catering.
