Back in 2020/2021 it was on the back off rapid expansion into new markets which involved ZIP taking on large debts and raising significant capital. Over the next couple of years, if ZIP has a significant capital raise event, I feel like it will be corporate suicide and investors won't be as forgiving this time around.
