is it safe to assume, that the CGT is paid in Australia not in the US on this sale, given where northern lights is domiliced / tax treaty etc.
if Australia, that will go a long way with building up the franking account balances.
Hopefully they do a asx presentation showing the market what the NTA is sitting at post sale
