I am 95% confident tax will be paid in US. How much this would be is up for debate. Agree that it would be good if they did an announcement on it. This is a material change.
It would be net of the $AUD46M in accrued losses in note 4 of half year financials.
Believe PAC would pay Australian Tax on any ROC corporate action.
