I have never received a holding statement, either by email or snail mail. As a result I have no idea of my SRN on these options so can't add them to my Holdings in Automic.
Have spoken to and emailed Automic several times - have been told a holding statement is in the mail but nothing ever arrives, even though I have a number of other ASX holdings with the same registry, but none of these problems with comms.
They have sent me an exercise form with the BPay after I had to fill out a "search request form" for the oppies, so I guess I just use that and hope and pray the heads end up in the right HIN. I'm not confident. Lord only knows where the piggies will go.
The whole thing has been a debacle from where I'm sitting and I wouldn't be surprised if quite a number of holders who don't follow HC or the Facebook page aren't aware of the bonus oppies at all.
