There are issues at Automic where holders are not getting holding statements for these unlisted oppies (even after having requested one). I hold nearly 200,000 shares.
I am pretty experienced having dealt with listed and unlisted options on a number of ASX companies issued under different SRNs. This is the worst show I have seen from a registry. But I will get there in the end.
More importantly, the issue for Race is what impact is this going to have on the overall option conversion rate? If conversions come up short I think a large portion of the blame can be laid at Automic's door. Although some may not mind if the shortfall gets spread back around holders.
