Since you mentioned, you are in NZ, perhaps it's affecting more holders outside Aus?
Because I am in Aus, I got so many letters from Automic regarding option conversion. (one from Race, one from Automic, lols)..
Agreed, they need to make it consistent for everyone. They're paid exactly to do so.
