I have not followed as closely as you @vmp but I can't see Tim supporting any T/O with commissioning so close and clear indications that Li price is on the rise. Any T/O, if it were to be supported by the Board under a scheme will need to have huge gains for his SHs who have supported him, as history shows is a principal of his management.
