    1. the trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement by a Company regarding a
    potential capital raising (Announcement);
    2. the Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of
    normal trading on 12 March 2024 or upon the release of the Announcement; and
    3. the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted nor any other
    information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
