Thanks, yeah I watched these the other day. I get a slightly different take on this.
Rowena said 'Dubbo Offtakes' as opposed to the Dubbo mine itself.
Once those are formalised, replicant plants are on the agenda.
Assumably they will be developed side by side with the Dubbo mine.
If a key offtake is formalised sometime this year, we may see at least an agreement on a new metals plant in a customer jurisdiction shortly after.
I could be wrong but that is how it comes across to me.
