Europe is going full steam ahead to shorten the approval process for critical minerals, but forgot to tell the courts.
The Swedish Courts know and they are quite unimpressed that Sweden has had to relinquish some of its democratic merry-go-round legislation before acceptance into the EU.
This new legislation is about to arrive and before it does, the Courts have a one last chance to show their displeasure at losing some of their best customers. Are we seeing a democratic "go slow" from the High Court?.
