Management and employees are the fundamental part of any business success.
Any sector is hard to navigate but these guys are navigating it in a foreign sector, dealing with foreign governments, in a sector that is normally dominated by companies running the industrial military complex.
There is an incredible amount of naivety on this forum and it's a typical comment of someone who has neither owned nor run any business
