Ricardo Ramos has shown himself to be a much more canny operator than Kent Masters over at ALB.
Unlike Masters, Ramos is clearly not intimidated by Gina and sees the synergies of working closely with her in Australia. He openly acknowledges WA hard rock lithium as the future, the premium product.
SQM desperately want to supplant ALB and be number 1. Getting ‘10 more Mt Hollands’ is the plan. That path definitely needs to go through getting 1 Liontown if they’re serious.
Everything else is an entree. We’re the Main Event. The Coveted Prize.
Let’s see who’s serious.
