Thanks for your comments on this matter, all views are appreciated and I'm sure will be noted by others. I do not disagree with you about the reumneration specialists, having been trained by them in a past life; but, what is the alternative? At least this way there is some form of parity with Directors packages. I find the Australian Shareholders' Association has been doing a great service with its stand on remuneration at AGM's and it is having an effect. Let's hope it continues this way?
