I will be satisfied with a heavy rare earth offtake for Dubbo. I assume this is why they are developing their metalisation technology to include terbium and dysprosium. Light rare earths will follow, that will sell itself once the flowsheet becomes economically viable. If the dysprosium is also used in nuclear rods and not just in the make-up of NdFeB magnets then I would say the off taker will eventually look to Dubbo for Niobium and Hafnium as well.
