It would be nice, but I am just like you and everyone else here. Would love for a much higher offer. I know we shouldn’t be greedy but in my retirement I would like to ensure my family is comfortable so $4 plus would be the cream for sure.
Like a lot of others, dividends would have been very nice, which would have given me a decent income each year, but something tells me we might not make it that far. Things are getting very hot in the WA landscape. So $4.50 plus - awesome but possibly a dream. $4 plus - cream on top. $3.50 plus - would be ok for me. $3 - Pffftt, not a hope in hell.
