As a broad generalization that is probably true.
However, when BRN starts generating revenue (and/or IF it becomes known that BRN has cracked a major deal like the iPhone) then that could change rapidly.
It is FEASIBLE for BRN to be one of those stocks that is an apparent "over night success" and goes from sub $1.00 to $100 per share overnight.
You would be amazed at the number of people (even ASX investors) who have never heard of Brainchip. But, if main media reports a sudden change in outlook then all hell could break loose particularly given the hype around Artificial Intelligence.
That is a POSSIBILITY. But, a long way short of likley.
