Hi grio--------------- Some 'Performance Rights' have just been converted to shares - that tells me (should my memory be still OK ???- Things/rules/etc do change ) that there may not be any announcements just yet.
I do believe there is something called a 'blackout period' where Directors-staff' cannot trade/etc in the Coys shares for/within ?? 45 days ??? (not confident on time) before any significant (?) announcement. But then there is a rule that Directors must announce immediately any significant matter -- so ????
I stand to be corrected.
