Horrifying to read from the above that HRZ's existing substantial USD borrowings (much higher in AUD)
are actually in Convertible Notes ie if converted to shares (at lender's option)would expose us to a further
huge dilution on top of the seemingly total 1BN shares on issue should the proposed HRZ/GSR amalgamation be passed.
