I saw the interview with James and Prendergast and thought it sounds interesting so thought I would get a feel for how things are here.....

James I knew when he was much younger. I guess the only way to stay in the western suburbs of Perth is to overpay yourself as a small cap director! and I mean wayyyy over pay yourself. The worst I've seen since NET and the guy running PAR. How these guys look themselves in the mirror each day and feel justified to take that money home when they have not achieved anything and the company they run makes no money! If they create value, all good, set some KPI's and bonuses, but until then...tighten the belt if you have any respect for peoples hard earn money that you are in control over!
