"2 women in my management team that are there because they are female.Chosen for their genitalia.... not talent". ...... so why didn't your company hire women who are well qualified? there is an abundance of highly intelligent women in the country, with buckets of qualifications. if you think they were hired only to achieve the quota, you company isn't doing anyone any favours. they are hurting your business. Are you saying the women don't do work?
