Perhaps therein lies the problem: the majority of SH are sitting longer term.

In the meatime, TB is out touting the virtues of SSN to any institution who'll listen, SSN gets on the radar and becomes a plaything with the bigger boys for a while. With such weak volume of only the non-believers available, it doesn't take much to change the market.

The flip side is that when the tide turns and/or they've accumulated enough, they'll run it up fast enough.
