Nope, two verses in Rev shows, they come out of the tribulation and THEN wash their robes in the blood of the Lamb, wash with the truth.
Hence they went through the Trib filthy = with lies.
Which are exposed here -> 2 Thes 2 - For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way.
And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming.

"breath of his mouth" -> oh no, that sword, as double edge one at that = The word of God, exposing what in your temple.

By the way, the verse a few back shows one in the Temple, referred to as he or him, can also be - it, same, itself, so it's not necessary someone, but a system of lies, deceit, like a beast etc.
Hence it can be the trinity there, satan in the driving seat or it's his throne you might say, you and others
